Good care starts with listening. At our practice in Lehel, München, we take time to understand your situation before we treat anything. Your first appointment includes a thorough assessment, a clear explanation of your options and a plan that fits your daily life. Our team works to current professional standards and pursues ongoing training. We treat patients with a prescription as well as privately, and we will always be honest with you — including about what treatment can and cannot achieve. Frequently asked questions
What if I can't make my appointment?
Please call to cancel as early as possible, at least 24 hours in advance, so we can offer the slot to another patient. Appointments not cancelled in time may be charged to you.
Is there parking, and can I reach the practice by public transport?
Parking is available close to the practice, and the nearest public transport stop is only a short walk away. You will find directions and stop details on our contact page.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes — with an appropriate doctor's prescription we can treat you at home, for example if you have limited mobility. Just ask, and we will check whether a home visit is possible in your case.
Who do I contact in an emergency?
Outside our opening hours, please call the medical on-call service at 116 117. For acute, serious symptoms, dial the emergency number 112 or go to the nearest emergency department.
